Recent Additions: Good Times

Hi all. Managed to order a DVD of Sonny and Cher's Good Times from Amazon.com, here 's a screencap from the Ride On dance hall sequence (albeit with a bit of photoshop retouching to make the image clearer):
Watching this again after all these years, I'm frankly amazed at what an excellent musical number this scene really was. The costumes and choreography were absolutely spot on for the time (1966); the whole segment was, in fact, a fitting tribute to the old school westerns of the previous decade (particularly the musical version of Destry). Let me know if I should post more from the scene.
Cheers, Perry.

  1. Perry,  Thanks for the Good Times shots.  A little bit of Sonny and Cher goes a long way, but this scene from the film is quite nice for the time - black patterned tights notwithstanding.  The fast skirt flipping leaves you wondering, "how did they do that?".  Some more photos would be much appreciated.   Barbebleu
