Showa Kayokyoku?

I came across this one that I thought was particularly nice with nice close-ups of the performance. I thought at first glance that this was the J-Pop troupe, Tokyo Rouge, but at a further look determined that it wasn't. The best I can deternmone is that the dancers are with Showa Kayokyoko.
