Coco Comin Escola de Dansa i Comèdia Musical

Five performers from Escola Coco Comin in Barcelona pose in their cancan costumes, which appear to have been loosely inspired by the 2001 film musical, Moulin Rouge.  These were for a French Can-Can performance aired on TV3 in a program called "Els Matins" .  You can see these and many more photos from the show at:

Fête Western d'Évires City

The French troupe Atypique stages a very nice cancan performance at the Fête Western d'Évires City.  The costumes are first rate from a traditionalist's standpoint and the dancing is very nice.

The original video in 720p resolution posted by killeak1980 can be seen at You Tube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BCLfQyBmLE

There is also a video from the event in 2012 that is also very nice but a little washed out:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZeXnJMlWKl8

The switch to stockings in 2013 definitely improves the aesthetics.

You can see photos from the 2013 and 2012 Fêtes at the Killeak website:

I thought the costuming was particularly nice.   The design from which they were rendered, done by designer Helen Q. Huang, is shown in the first image above.

FIDM Debut 2008

A colorful set of photos taken at the FIDM Debut fashion show in 2008, including a nice overhead "flower" shot.  It would have been even better if the guy in the tux had walked a bit faster, but I suppose you can say he is the "stem".

These are from the Facebook site of accomplished fashion designer Mikael Sharafyan, who conceived these costumes:
