The Dynamic Dancers

The U.K.'s Dynamic Dancers appear to be making some better costuming choices, as evidenced by the first set of photos above and the showreel (cancan interspersed).  The next photo is from their appearance in a Merry Widow production.  The older costumes are shown below those.  Sometimes change is for the better.  Perhaps they will grace the next France Show with their new wardrobe, and perhaps there will be an added incentive for our U.K. members to attend.

Early Returns - LCCB at the 2016 Great Dickens Christmas Fair

Another excellent show by Le Cancan Bijou.  This is the first posting I have seen from the 2016 show, and the video is very nice indeed.   It looks like LCCB is in very good hands following the leadership transition Le Flatline advised us about, and LCCB works its magic again.

I'm looking forward to Le Flatline's always great photos.

Collection 1

I come across a lot of pictures I don't post in specific daily posts.  I thought I'd try assemble some of them into a collection that you can access at Google Photos.

The contents are a real mixed bag - some nice, some marginal, some seen before - sort of like when we used to post long posts of links to various sites.

If you like the idea, say so, and I''ll repeat it from time to time.

The link is:

It would be too labor intensive to try to give sources for them all.   If you are curious about a particular one, let me know, and I'll see if I can find it.

You gotta love 'em, especially if they have some gymnastics skills.  The troupe and the location are not identified.  Very pretty girls.

КАН-КАН

A very nice cancan performed at a Russian period dance groups' party.  I'd like to find some photos, but the event is not named except in the intro to the video, and I don't have a Cyrillic keyboard, so I doubt I can find any.

Demoiselles Mi-Sticks perform in their new costumes, forsaking the ones that were based on the 2001 Moulin Rouge film.  You cans see those in the prior post below and the Gallery linked below.
