This clip edits the original film to condense the cancan-related parts into a long single clip. Unfortunately, the film is slightly elongated vertically, but that doesn't detract too much. This is an Italian movie whose title is "Frou Frou del Tabarin" (1976). I watched this movie once in my life and there are no DVD of it.
Shortly, a dancer forgot to wear her knickers and during the performance the whole audience could appreciate her "hidden virtues". After that, she became the star of the show.

The director must have been a cancan and royal flash fan judging from way it was filmed and the duration of the dancing. Bravo!
The sans culottes dancer is Martine Brochard who had a long career in films, television and the stage in Italy. As made up for this film, she bears a more than passing resemblance to Francesca Annis.
