Penny Rigden and friends at the Great Dorset Steam Fair 1990.  It's a pleasure to see such delight on the dancers' faces.

The annual ritual returns, with nice results.  The troupe is not identified.  Does anyone know who they are?  The Penny Rigden, Julie Hatton and Pauline Reader dancers have all performed in the past, but the costumes are different this year. so I can't use that as a guide.

They're back and they're in black, which in my book isn't an improvement, but I think you'll agree that this is a nice video. It benefits from the outdoor lighting which helps with the black costuming.
