Are they back?

The Russian/American cancan dancers of Barynya based in New York.  (They now seem to be called the NY Can-Can Cabaret Show Dancers)

Are they staging a comeback in their unique costumes, or is this an old video?

In either case, enjoy a nostalgic look.
