These are the Diamond Dancers of Toronto, who provide entetainment for corporate and social events, weddings and the like. In the past they have been focused more on showgirl style revues, but have added a very nice cancan to their repertoire. The red and black costumes seem to be the current mode for them although the last photo shows them in different gear from an earlier performance.
The video is on the fuzzy side but is still definitely worth watching.
