Dickens Fair 2014 - Le Flatline Checks In

Why yes, I did attend The Great Dickens Christmas Fair over Thanksgiving weekend... ;)

For more pictures of these fine ladies (and the rest of the fair's frivolities), head on over to:

Le Flatline

Now Showing at Your Local Pub

An amateur dancer improvises a cancan at her local drinking establishment in the Czech Republic in this neat set of photos.  Hats off to her for her uninhibited performance.

Le Cancan Bijou at the 2014 Dickens Fair

The gold standard returns!  My first offering of photos from the 2014 Great Dickens Christmas Fair.   I'll post some links to others in a few days.  Hopefully we will see some of Le Flatline's great photos again.

Dirty Dancing - Russian Style

A set of very nice photos by Ilya Tatarnikoff taken at an annual event called "Скверные танцы" (Google translates that as nasty dancing or bad dancing) in Irkutsk, I think.  I didn't see the dance troupe identified.

See his photo report of the event at:

Sawdust Theatre

"Enjoy the golden age of live melodrama theater at the Sawdust Theatre in Coquille, Oregon."

These are cancans from various olio performances.  See their site at:

Шоу-балет "Buttterfly"

Шоу-балет "Buttterfly" is from Minsk, Belarus.  Their vivid costumes and "hold 'em high" dancing draw your attention.  Anyone else like turquoise?
