The Aude Sullivan Show

Ms. Sullivan appears to be more concerned with salsa, but manages an energetic cancan in this video. The pooled lighting spoils the video to some extent.  The costumes they have seem to be the standard these days for amateur French troupes.

Iconosquare - "Improvements"

Sad to say, but Iconosquare has redone their site in a way that seems to preclude saving photos from it by right clicking.  It is still possible, but quite laborious, to do so.  So, unless things change, expect a lot fewer photos from this source, which has proven very bountiful in the past.

I have some postings in inventory, so the effect won't be immediate.

I'll look for some work-arounds in the meanwhile.  If anyone else wants to experiment with it, please do so.

PS: 4/30/15

It appears I was premature.  Things seem to be working fine now.

French Cancan Bac de Drusenheim

An amateur cancan.  Nothing special, but they are not too bashful with their skirts.

The video is better than the photos.

I Declare a Cancan Battle!

(Not to be confused with the anime known as "Battle Can Can...")

Here's what I can figure out: there's an Italian entertainment/competition show called "Si Può Fare" ("It Can Be Done") that pits celebs against each other.  Earlier this year, Juliana Moreira and Pamela Prati were each tasked with learning a cancan routine, which would be performed in front of a live TV audience, judges, and each other.

While neither lady would honestly pass an audition with the Moulin Rouge, or even Le Cancan Bijou, you gotta give 'em credit for giving it a rum go, as well as not completely duplicating each other's choreography.
