Le Bonbons de Paris (Bonbónky z Paříže)

Le Bonbons de Paris (Bonbónky z Paříže) is the name of the Czech cancan troupe that performs at an annual Whitewater rafting event and party.   They are one of my favorites for reasons that will be obvious once you have taken a look at the links below.

Another old one - Les Impures

 

Another cancan from the classic period - from the 1954 French film, "Les
Impures" (Human Cargo):

This film includes a performance by Louis De Funes, the French actor who also
appeared in the even more memorable film, at least from a cancan standpoint,
"La tournee des Grands Ducs". That one has a couple of the best classic cancans
ever filmed. Unfortunately, it has not shown up on You Tube yet.

Star West at the Obecní ples
